  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and almond milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Drizzle extra almond butter on top and sprinkle with remaining chopped nuts.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
