- 1 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 12 oz light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Cut the angel food cake into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
- In a trifle bowl or large glass dish, layer one-third of the pudding mixture on the bottom.
- Add a layer of strawberries and blueberries over the pudding mixture.
- Layer half of the angel food cake cubes over the fruit.
- Add another third of the pudding mixture and repeat with more fruit.
- Layer the remaining cake cubes, followed by the final third of the pudding mixture on top.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
- Before serving, top with remaining strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for garnish.
