Description

Angel Food Berry Trifle is a light and colorful layered dessert made with fluffy angel food cake, creamy vanilla pudding, fresh mixed berries, and whipped topping. Perfect for summer gatherings or festive occasions.

  • 1 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 12 oz light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
  4. In a trifle bowl or large glass dish, layer one-third of the pudding mixture on the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of strawberries and blueberries over the pudding mixture.
  6. Layer half of the angel food cake cubes over the fruit.
  7. Add another third of the pudding mixture and repeat with more fruit.
  8. Layer the remaining cake cubes, followed by the final third of the pudding mixture on top.
  9. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
  10. Before serving, top with remaining strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for garnish.
