- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples (about 2 medium apples; Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for cheesecake layer)

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (for crisp topping)
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for crisp topping)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (for crisp topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan; optionally line bottom with parchment paper.

- Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to wet mixture until just combined. Fold in diced apples.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and mix well.
- Pour half the apple batter into pan, spread evenly. Dollop cheesecake mixture on top and spread gently. Cover with remaining apple batter.
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top.
- Bake 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Tent with foil if browning too fast.
- Cool in pan 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
