- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Add the melted chocolate, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocados. Mix well until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
