Description

A delightful dish that combines juicy chicken with a blend of herbs and spices, resulting in tender meatballs that are slightly crispy on the outside.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes
