- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
