Description

Banana Magic Cake is a unique and delightful dessert that transforms into three magical layers during baking: a custard-like bottom, a soft and fluffy middle, and a light cake top, all infused with sweet banana flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  4. Slowly stir in the milk until the batter is thin and smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and gently shake to distribute evenly.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
  8. Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy!
