- 3 Bananas
- 1/4 lb cored Pineapple
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 cup Dipping Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts
- 12 Popsicle Sticks or skewers
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and halve them. Cut bananas and pineapple into equal-sized bite-sized pieces.
- Skewer one piece of pineapple, banana, and a strawberry half onto each stick or skewer.
- Place assembled bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 10 minutes to help them firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dipping chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Remove the bites from the freezer and drizzle with melted chocolate. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.
- Place back in the freezer for another 10 minutes to allow chocolate to harden. Serve chilled or enjoy immediately!
