  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas. Hull and slice the strawberries. Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, fold together the thawed Cool Whip and vanilla yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sliced bananas, strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows to the whipped mixture. Gently stir to coat without mashing the fruit.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips, reserving some for garnish.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
  6. To serve, scoop into dessert bowls and top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of reserved nuts and chocolate chips, and a maraschino cherry.
