- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 12 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas and strawberries on top.
- Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup, decorate with more bananas, strawberries, and top with maraschino cherries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve cold.
