Instructions

  1. Cut the honeydew melon in half, remove seeds, and cube the flesh into bite-sized pieces to make about 2 cups.
  2. Rinse blackberries gently in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine honeydew cubes, blackberries, and torn basil leaves.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat, being careful not to crush the berries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled.
