- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions
- Prepare the blueberry filling by cooking blueberries, sugar, and orange juice until softened. Thicken with cornstarch slurry and cool.

- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add milk mixture, water, and egg; mix well.
- Knead dough until elastic, then cover and let rise for 40-60 minutes until doubled.
- Roll dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle. Spread softened butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar over it.
- Spread half the cooled blueberry filling on the dough, roll tightly, and cut into 12 slices.
- Place slices in a greased dish, cover, and let rise 20-30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls and add remaining blueberry sauce.
Notes
- Use almond or oat milk and dairy-free butter for a dairy-free option.
- Replace all-purpose flour with gluten-free blend for gluten-free rolls.
- Use erythritol or monk fruit sweetener to make it sugar-free.
- Try raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries instead of blueberries for flavor variations.
- Ensure milk is not too hot before adding yeast to avoid killing it.
- Adjust flour quantity if dough feels too sticky during kneading.
