Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are just set.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm for that gooey s’mores goodness.
