Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp, dicing the bell pepper and onion, and mincing the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
