- 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 cups diced apples (peeled and cored)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing for later. Flatten each cinnamon roll slightly with your hands.
- In a bowl, toss diced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer flattened cinnamon rolls on the bottom.
- Spread half of the apple mixture over the rolls, then drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
- Repeat with another layer of cinnamon rolls, remaining apple mixture, and caramel sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Spread this over the top layer of cinnamon rolls.
- Pour heavy cream evenly over the entire dish to help keep it moist.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling at the edges.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with additional caramel sauce and serve.
Notes
- You can use pears or peaches instead of apples for a twist.
- Add chopped walnuts or pecans between the layers for added texture.
- Let the lasagna rest before slicing to help it set better.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
