- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Gently fold in caramel sauce and set the mixture aside.
- In another bowl, combine 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Add melted butter to the crumble ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Spread peach mixture evenly into a prepared pie crust.
- Top with crumble mixture, covering all the fruit.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
- Let pie cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Slice and serve warm.
