  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for crumble)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Gently fold in caramel sauce and set the mixture aside.
  4. In another bowl, combine 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  5. Add melted butter to the crumble ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  6. Spread peach mixture evenly into a prepared pie crust.
  7. Top with crumble mixture, covering all the fruit.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
  9. Let pie cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
