Description

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie is a creamy, rich dessert with a graham cracker crust, a light peanut butter filling, and a topping of chocolate chips. Perfect for any occasion, it combines the delicious flavors of peanut butter and chocolate in a smooth, no-bake pie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
  2. In a clean mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
  3. In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream to create a light filling.
  4. Transfer the peanut butter filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth it out with a spatula. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the filling to set. Slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free cookie crumbs or crushed almonds instead of graham cracker crumbs.
  • For a vegan version, swap the butter for coconut oil, use dairy-free whipped cream, and choose vegan chocolate chips.
  • For a lower-sugar version, substitute the powdered sugar and chocolate chips with sugar alternatives.
