Instructions
- Gather tools: large mixing bowl, saucepan, muffin tin lined with cupcake liners or greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey/maple syrup, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour melted mixture over Cheerios in the large bowl and gently stir to coat evenly without crushing.
- Fill muffin cups or baking dish with the mixture, pressing firmly. Optionally, sprinkle extra chocolate chips or sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Remove from molds and enjoy.
