Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy treat that layers smooth chocolate with nutty peanut butter. This no-bake dessert is quick to make and combines sweet and salty flavors for a perfectly indulgent bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for added texture)
  • Pinch of salt (to bring out all the flavors)

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt 2 cups of chocolate chips with 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Stir until smooth, then add 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared pan. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  3. In a clean saucepan, melt the remaining 3/4 cup peanut butter with the remaining 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract over low heat. Stir until smooth and pour over the chilled chocolate layer. Spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, if desired, and gently press them into the surface.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set. Lift out using the parchment paper, slice into squares or rectangles, and serve.

Notes

  • Use vegan chocolate chips and dairy-free condensed milk for a vegan version.
  • To enhance flavor, sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top before chilling.
  • Add a pinch of espresso powder to the chocolate layer for a mocha twist.
