Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Wash and grate the zucchini, squeezing out excess moisture if necessary.

- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in oil and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Fold in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
