Description

Cinnamon Roll Fudge combines the sweet and spicy flavors of cinnamon rolls with the creamy texture of fudge, making it an irresistible treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (optional for frosting)
  • ¼ cup additional powdered sugar (for frosting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang to help lift the fudge later.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly over low heat until smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat the white chocolate.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Mix well to combine.
  4. If using nuts, fold them in gently. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. If using cream cheese frosting, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and spread it over the fudge while it’s still warm.
  6. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until fully set.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut condensed milk and coconut oil or dairy-free margarine.
  • Feel free to swap white chocolate chips for dark or milk chocolate chips for a different flavor.
  • If you don’t want to use nuts, you can omit them or substitute sunflower seeds.
  • If you prefer not to use cream cheese for frosting, you can drizzle melted chocolate or use a simple icing made from powdered sugar and milk.
