Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the granulated sugar and continue mixing until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the crumb topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and pour in the banana bread batter. Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
