Description

Cream Cheese Stuffed King’s Hawaiian Rolls are soft, sweet rolls filled with a rich, creamy cheese center and brushed with a buttery cinnamon-sugar glaze. Baked to golden perfection, they make a delightful breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 Count Package) King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 6 tbsp Salted Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place the Hawaiian rolls in the dish and cut a small square on top of each roll to create a pocket.
  3. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush over the rolls and inside the cut pockets.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and egg, and beat until well combined.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each roll pocket generously.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and the filling is set.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving warm.
