Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocado by cutting it in half, removing the pit, and mashing the flesh in a bowl. Add lime juice and salt if desired.
  2. Toast the rice cakes in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, or enjoy them as is.
