- 2 to 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 12 slider buns (mini burger buns)
- 1 cup coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Place the seasoned beef in the Crockpot and pour the sautéed onions and garlic over it. Add BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the Crockpot to mix with the sauce.
- Lightly toast the slider buns until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by adding pulled beef and coleslaw to the toasted buns.
