Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 16 oz chocolate candy coating
Instructions
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the fresh strawberries.
- Sprinkle sugar over strawberries in a bowl and lightly mash with a fork to release some juice while keeping chunks.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mashed strawberry mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in six evenly spaced piles.
- Freeze the strawberry clusters for 3-4 hours until solid.
- Melt the chocolate coating according to package instructions until smooth.
- Remove frozen strawberry clusters and carefully dip each into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly. Let excess drip off.
- Place dipped bites back on parchment paper and freeze again for 30-45 minutes to harden the chocolate.
Notes
- Substitute strawberries with bananas, blueberries, or raspberries for different flavors.
- Use stevia or monk fruit as sugar-free alternatives.
- Choose dairy-free chocolate coatings or melt chocolate chips for richer taste.
