A refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with hibiscus and raspberries, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus tea
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (washed and dried)
- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup pistachios (shelled and roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the hibiscus infusion by boiling water, steeping the dried hibiscus tea, and straining it.
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the cooled hibiscus tea and honey in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the hibiscus yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Add the fresh raspberries on top of the yogurt layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the raspberries.
- Freeze the baking sheet for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Cut or break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve.
Notes
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut or almond yogurt.
- Maple syrup can replace honey for a vegan alternative.
- Other berries can be used instead of raspberries.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
