- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×9-inch baking dish and refrigerate.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese and gradually adding 1/2 cup of sugar, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the mango puree into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth it into an even layer. Spoon the mango puree on top in dollops or lines, then use a skewer or knife to gently swirl it into the cheesecake.
- Freeze the bars for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Serve by cutting into squares and topping with whipped cream.
