Description

A refreshing and healthy Frozen Peach Yogurt Bark that combines creamy yogurt with sweet peaches, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the diced peaches into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt and peach mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle granola, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the yogurt mixture. Press them down lightly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen. Once frozen, break it into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain freshness.
  • For a fun twist, add a layer of melted dark chocolate on top before freezing.
  • Ensure granola is gluten-free for a gluten-free version.
  • For a nut-free version, omit the nuts or replace them with seeds.
