- 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup of granola
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches into the yogurt mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt and peach mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle granola, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the yogurt mixture. Press them down lightly.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen. Once frozen, break it into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain freshness.
- For a fun twist, add a layer of melted dark chocolate on top before freezing.
