- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus extra for dusting)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of chai tea and allow it to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled chai tea, coconut milk, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Prepare silicone molds or ice cube trays by lightly greasing them with coconut oil or cooking spray.
- Pour the chai mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- Gently remove the bites from the molds, using warm water if necessary.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving.
- Enjoy immediately as a refreshing treat.
