Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into cubes and placing them in a blender.
- Add fresh mint leaves and freshly squeezed lime juice to the blender.
- Drizzle in the honey and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice to the blender and blend again until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
- Taste the slush and adjust sweetness or lime juice if necessary, then blend again.
- Scoop the slush into cups or bowls and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
