Instructions

  1. Prepare the bananas by peeling and slicing them into thick rounds.
  2. Make the yogurt mixture by combining Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Coat each banana slice in the yogurt mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated banana slices on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the banana bites for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.

  8. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
