Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup of granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush them.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the granola with the yogurt and berry mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping them into clusters.

Notes
