Ingredients

- 2 cups of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 2 cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
- 1 cup of granola (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush them.
- In a separate bowl, mix the granola with the yogurt and berry mixture until evenly coated.
- Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping them into clusters.
Notes
- Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the yogurt mixture.
