Fruit and brownie kabobs are an easy, fun, and colorful dessert featuring juicy fruit chunks and rich brownie bites, drizzled with chocolate and sprinkled with peanuts for a delicious crunch.

- 12 small strawberries, washed, dried, and tops sliced off
- 12 pieces pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 brownie chunks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 small bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup chocolate candy melts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries. Slice off the tops. Cut bananas and pineapple into 1-inch chunks. Cut brownies into 1-inch cubes.
- Assemble skewers by alternating strawberry, pineapple, banana, and brownie. Repeat to fill the skewer.
- Melt chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between until smooth. Transfer to a Ziploc bag and snip the corner.
- Place kabobs on a parchment-lined sheet. Drizzle melted chocolate over the kabobs and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.

- Swap peanuts for sunflower seeds to make it nut-free.
