Description
These fresh Strawberry Fruit Popsicles are a simple, refreshing treat perfect for warm days. Made with ripe strawberries, a touch of strawberry jam, and a hint of lemon juice, they deliver a sweet and tangy burst of flavor with every bite.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz. fresh strawberries, rinsed and quartered (about 3 cups)
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Blend on high until smooth with no large chunks. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into ice-pop molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
- Cover molds with lids or aluminum foil. Insert sticks into the center of each mold.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until completely frozen.
- To release popsicles, dip mold bottoms in lukewarm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles and enjoy.
Notes
- Substitute strawberries with raspberries, blueberries, or mixed berries.
- Use strawberry puree or homemade jam as a healthier alternative.
- Sweeten with honey, agave syrup, or sugar substitutes if preferred.
- Replace lemon juice with lime juice for a different citrus note.
- Add coconut milk for a creamy tropical version.
