Description

These fresh Strawberry Fruit Popsicles are a simple, refreshing treat perfect for warm days. Made with ripe strawberries, a touch of strawberry jam, and a hint of lemon juice, they deliver a sweet and tangy burst of flavor with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh strawberries, rinsed and quartered (about 3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Blend on high until smooth with no large chunks. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into ice-pop molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
  3. Cover molds with lids or aluminum foil. Insert sticks into the center of each mold.
  4. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until completely frozen.
  5. To release popsicles, dip mold bottoms in lukewarm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles and enjoy.
