Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars put a nostalgic twist on the classic summer campfire treat with gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy Golden Grahams cereal. This no-bake dessert offers a chewy, crunchy texture and is perfect for family gatherings, parties, or weekend snacks, delighting kids and adults alike.

  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for extra texture)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or margarine to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt 5 cups mini marshmallows, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 5 tablespoons butter, and 1/4 cup corn syrup, stirring continuously until smooth without boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and immediately stir in 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal and 1 cup mini marshmallows, mixing to coat evenly.
  4. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and gently flatten with a greased spatula.
  5. Let the bars set at room temperature for about 60 minutes before cutting into squares.
