- 2 large pita breads
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pita bread on a baking sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
- Evenly distribute the sliced grilled chicken over the pita bread, then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
