Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly brush the flatbreads with olive oil.
