Ingredients

- 2 medium fresh peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ball (about 8 oz) burrata cheese
- 1 crusty baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
- 2 tablespoons hot honey (or to taste)
- A handful of fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down for 3-4 minutes.
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- On each grilled baguette slice, place a generous piece of burrata cheese and top with grilled peach slices.
- Drizzle hot honey over the bruschetta.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately on a platter.
