Instructions
- Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple, slice off the skin, and remove the eyes. Slice into 1-inch thick rings.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle over both sides of the pineapple slices. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the pineapple rings for 4-5 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the pineapple is tender. Remove and let cool slightly.
