  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12 jalapeños, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • Cornmeal or flour (for dusting the pizza peel or baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  3. Dust a pizza peel or baking sheet with cornmeal or flour. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by sliced red onions and jalapeños.
  4. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
