Description

Delicious and rich double chocolate muffins that are moist and packed with chocolate flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Store muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
  • For freezing, wrap muffins tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag.
