Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12×16 inches.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Layer the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and onions on top, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
