  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Extra honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed phyllo, melted butter, and sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes; cool slightly.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs one at a time, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix gently.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake 45–55 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles.
  4. Meanwhile, combine melted butter, honey, chopped pistachios, and cinnamon in a saucepan; heat briefly to meld flavors.
  5. Remove cheesecake from oven and immediately spread pistachio-honey mixture over the top.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing. Drizzle extra honey to serve.
