- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Crack in the egg and mix until a dough forms. If too crumbly, add a splash of water or another egg.
- Shape the dough into golf ball-sized puffs and place on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.

- Add 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum for a chewier texture.
