Description

These Keto Cheese Puffed Snacks are savory, low-carb, and incredibly easy to make. With just a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy cheesy, golden bites perfect for snacking or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Crack in the egg and mix until a dough forms. If too crumbly, add a splash of water or another egg.
  4. Shape the dough into golf ball-sized puffs and place on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
