Description

Key Lime Pie Lasagna is a refreshing no-bake dessert that layers a zesty lime-infused cream filling over a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream for a light, tangy twist on the classic pie.

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for whipped topping)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped topping)
  • Lime zest and lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated. Add sour cream, key lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until smooth.
  3. Whisk the heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to create a fluffy texture.
  4. Spread half of the cream mixture over the chilled crust. Add another optional layer of graham crumbs, then spread the remaining cream mixture. Smooth the top and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, whip the remaining heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of the lasagna and garnish with lime zest and slices.
