Instructions

- Cover dough and chill for at least 30 minutes.

- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough, place 2 inches apart, and bake 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
