Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, 3–5 minutes.
  2. Add honey and egg; beat until fully incorporated.
  3. Whisk flour, lavender, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually blend into wet mixture on low speed.
  4. Cover dough and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough, place 2 inches apart, and bake 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool on sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
