- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter. Stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fill each mini muffin cup about ¾ full with the banana batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the tin for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Prepare the lemon glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled banana bread bites.
