Instructions
- Prepare the lettuce by separating the leaves, rinsing them under cold water, and patting them dry.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add ground chicken, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, chopped parsley, cilantro, and basil. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the wraps by spooning the chicken mixture into a lettuce leaf, folding the sides over, and rolling it up. Garnish with optional toppings and serve immediately.
