- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Butter or cooking spray for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pecans, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
