Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add boiling water and mix until well combined. The batter will be thin.
- Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Use the handle of a wooden spoon or skewer to poke holes all over the cake, about 1 inch apart.
- Warm the hot fudge sauce slightly and pour over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
- Spoon marshmallow fluff over the cake and gently swirl with a knife to blend with the fudge.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes to chill and set the filling.
- Spread whipped cream over the top of the cake.
- Garnish with mini marshmallows and optional chocolate shavings or crushed graham crackers.
- Cut into squares and serve, or store in the refrigerator until ready.
